What does managed IT support cost?

Accepted Answer

Our managed plans range from £95 to £160 per user per month depending on the level of cover. That price is all-inclusive: helpdesk, on-site visits, device management, Microsoft 365 licensing, security awareness training and quarterly reviews. No surprise invoices. If a monthly plan isn't right for you yet, ad-hoc support is £65 + VAT per hour.

What's actually included in your plans?

Unlimited helpdesk support, on-site callouts, proactive monitoring and patching across every device, Microsoft 365 licences, simulated phishing tests and security training through KnowBe4, monthly reporting, and a quarterly business review where we look at what's coming next rather than just what went wrong.

How fast do you respond when something breaks?

Most tickets are picked up in under 15 minutes during business hours, by a person who knows your business and your systems. No ticket queues that go quiet for two days, no script-reading.

Do you support Macs as well as Windows?

Accepted Answer

Yes, both, properly. We manage Apple devices with Jamf and Windows devices with Microsoft Intune under the same contract. Plenty of IT companies claim to support Macs and then quietly treat them as a nuisance. Apple support is one of the main reasons businesses move to us.

Question 5

We already have an IT provider. Is switching a hassle?

Accepted Answer

Not for you. We handle the whole handover directly with your outgoing provider: passwords, licences, documentation, the lot. Then we audit every device and fix what we find. Most businesses are fully moved over in two to four weeks without downtime, and there's no long contract at our end either - our plans are monthly rolling.
