HeyIT, initially known as G1gabyte, embarked on its journey in March 2021 amidst the challenging times of the Covid-19 pandemic. Founded by Maxwell McKay and Matthew Moore, the company was born from a vision to unify diverse personal projects, including website design, social media, and tech support, into a singular, pioneering Managed Service Provider.

Our roots are firmly planted in Edinburgh, Aberdeen, and London, from where we extended our innovative services across the UK. As a start-up conceived during the pandemic, we honed our ability to operate digitally, mastering the art of remote interaction and support for businesses nationwide.

2023 marked a significant milestone in our story. G1gabyte evolved into HeyIT, undergoing a strategic rebranding that refined our focus solely on IT services. This shift signified our commitment to specialize and excel in providing top-tier IT solutions in Edinburgh, Manchester, and London, moving away from our initial offerings in website and social media services.
