FAQ When does the offer end? The referred business needs to sign a managed support agreement by 31 August 2026 for the referral to qualify. Can I refer more than one business? Absolutely. Each qualifying referral earns its own iPad. Refer three businesses that sign up, get three iPads. When do I get my iPad? Once the business you referred has signed their managed support agreement and paid their first invoice, we'll get your iPad engraved and delivered to you. Does the business I refer need to know? We'd recommend giving them a heads-up so our call isn't out of the blue, but it's not required. We'll always mention you referred them. What exactly do I get? A brand new iPad (A16), Wi-Fi, base storage, laser engraved with the HeyIT logo. What counts as a qualifying referral? A business you refer that signs a managed IT support agreement with HeyIT before 31 August 2026. One-off projects and single support tickets don't qualify.
Terms and Conditions The HeyIT Summer Referral offer runs until 31 August 2026. To qualify, the referred business must sign a managed IT support agreement with HeyIT on or before 31 August 2026 and pay its first invoice. Referrals must be genuine businesses not already in conversation with HeyIT. The referred business receives its first month of managed IT support free of charge. The referrer receives one Apple iPad (A16), Wi-Fi, base storage, engraved with the HeyIT logo, per qualifying referral, issued after the referred client's first invoice has been paid; no cash alternative. HeyIT reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time. Existing clients and non-clients are both welcome to refer.
